Marcela Farms specializing in the production and supply of high quality poultry meat products,apply high standards of quality and food safety in the poultry farming process, proactively sources year-round antibiotic-free and high-nutrition aquatic feeds for all its livestock and aquaculture activities.
The new feed mill, equipped with the latest Dutch technology integrated, aims to optimize every aspect of feed production, from ingredient sourcing to processing and packaging. Automated systems and precision equipment ensure consistent quality control and minimize waste, contributing to resource efficiency and cost - effectiveness.
Building on the success of the animal feed mill, Marcela Farms has erected a state-of-the-art meat processing facility spanning 5800m2. This facility encompasses a 3000m2 cold storage unit, dedicated meat processing area, cafeteria, and administrative offices. With over four decades of establishment and continuous advancement, Marcela Farms remains steadfast in its dedication to environmental stewardship through sustainable practices. By outfitting the entire facility with eye-catching Neon blue SuperCore TM-R-PUPI panels, and using SuperCore TM-W-PUPI panels to partition rooms and cold storage areas (all courtesy of BBI), these are innovative building materials renowned for their exceptional thermal insulation properties and structural strength with a high-density polyurethane insulation core (PUPI), providing superior thermal efficiency that helps regulate indoor temperatures and reduce energy consumption.
